"Great company for benefits and work-life balance"

I worked at State Street full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits were pretty good. This is the only company that I know of that where you get three weeks of vacation after your first year of employment. In most departments there is a great work-life balance.

    Cons

The biggest one for me was the starting pay, it has decreased considerable over the years. Also, most of the company sponsored perks have been completely cut.
