    Pros

    The people are good, mostly willing to help out
    The work environment can be quite relaxed
    There are plenty of internal opportunities

    Cons

    There is no concrete strategy for the long term
    Lack of long term planning means that short-termism is permanent state leading to high employee stress
    Benefits provided are lackluster
    Office locations lack facilities
    Employees are generally treated with disdain by senior managers
    Internal IT Provision is lackluster
    Lack of industry understanding at a higher management level
