I have been working at Stericycle full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Decent pay, awesome co-workers, weekends off, management works with you if you need time off. Overtime available. Fair benefits.

    Cons

No upward mobility. Too many lifers in management. Management not always on top of day to day operations. Obvious favoritism toward certain employees. Some safety issues not being addressed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Address safety concerns. Be more aware of routing and over building of certain routes.
