    I worked at SugarCRM full-time

Sugar CRM spends lots of money modeling after the new-age food, more T-shirts than I can wash in a week, tablets, even a mountain bike. Nice people to work with.

There is a high percentage of employees who have been there less than two years because people get laid off a lot. Or they choose to leave before they do. Management chooses to blame their employees rather than the product or their own managerial decisions. Managers don't last long either.
Sales people beware, they will attract you with grandeur of going public, but they've been using that line for a long time and they are no closer to that goal than they were five years ago, except now they owe a lot of people a lot of money when they don't. The successful territories are already taken and aren't likely to be freed up or changed. So, if you like cold calling random parts of the country for zero results, this is the place.
I would consider this company a good stop-gap job while you're looking for one you actually like and pays.
