Cool people, nice residents, and they sometimes hire within.

Rude management, frequent schedule changes, not enough care managers, horrible food, strict policies, no bonuses, they hated giving overtime, and too much favoritism. They have strict rules but it seemed that they only applied to the care managers and not the coordinators or ED. If you break a rule such as not paying your $5 for their nasty tasteless food you will be written up even if you work in the kitchen cooking the food and throwing it away. Really didn't feel comfortable paying for food that would end up in the trash can, that's like paying for garbage.. They threw away pounds and pounds of food that should have been donated.

    Advice to Management

Treat your care managers fairly and don't give write ups to an employee that eats tossed away food. Especially one who has never missed a day of work in over 2 years and comes in on off days if someone calls off. Who have spent working at you location bouncing all 3 shifts in one week and doesn't get recognized for it but written up for grabbing a snack. I will never work for your horrible company again.
