    Pros

    You make long lasting friends and could make good money each night depending on the guests

    Cons

    Management is all over the place and the turnover rate is insane.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get some skilled managers that actually know what they are doing and don't make you look stupid infront of customers!
