I have been working at T. Rowe Price full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Growth potential is available in spades. Typically begin as a call center environment and move around from there. Plenty of opportunities to learn. Great benefits package.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be an issue during busy seasons as overtime is dictated by the market conditions. Different ideas by managers in same department can lead to confusion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel like there should be more time directed to bettering the work-life balance, especially during peak seasons. (i.e. beginning of year, tax season, RMD).
