    Pros

good benefits, recent efforts to facilitate internal job transfers seem to be working, financially strong organization that is growing

    Cons

huge compensation variations between management and front line employees, and in different business areas. Operations areas pay poorly unless you get to a Director level, the investment areas pay much better. They seem to overdo the whole affirmative action thing - minorities have advantages here.
