I have been working at TMW Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

great PTO - 4 weeks starting in your first year.

    Cons

terrible cubicles that are 4 foot high dividers. and only on three sides. too open for concentration not the working conditions a DEVELOPER NEEDS. MINIMAL QUICK n Dirty training. Better learn fast because people there dont like to repeat themselves. If you dont get it all in the first run through - tough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

correct the cubicle issue. put it back to how it used to be in 2013 (when productivity was better). And start telling the senior and midlevel developers they are REQUIRED to teach the new people. and that teaching isnt just saying something once and you're done.
