Nice facility. Free 24 hr access to a full service gym. Free snacks, fruit and fountain drinks.

Training is beyond inferior & inadequate, they set you up for failure right away. It's a sink or swim environment. No respect amongst peers. Place suffers from major superiority complex and a bully mentality. Their leaders don't know what it is to lead by example etc. They fired their director while I was there, lots of employees quit, even ones who were just promoted. They've NO STRUCTURE, no stats to guide you. They've a work at home program but you need to qualify for it, however they don't give you stats or reviews of how you're doing so you can improve. That place is maddening. I can't believe a company that's been around so long functions so horribly. I'm glad to have been freed of that place. It's shameful.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be respectful and not condescending, smart mouthed, rude etc and maybe your employees would respect you right back. Also learn to actually develop your subordinates rather than tell them to ask a peer for help. Get yourselves fully trained. I can really go on and on.
