I have been working at Target full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

People there are friendly but don't understand over worked. I finally got paid decent pay of 9.50 but that was after working there over 4 years worth.

    Cons

Management needs more work. Even though you can work full time they sometimes put you part time so you can't get insurance. Have to be full time now in order to get insurance. They finally consider 30 hours full time. This company needs lots of work. Normally have to quit job in order to get a transfer from one Target to another. Not really fair

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No one should have to quit there job in order to transfer to another Target. doesn't seem like management cares about there employees at all. Management should be more fair to there co-workers. Payment is still poor. Even after getting a raise.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
