    Pros

    I was trained well at resolving any situation with a positive outcome. I take pride in exceptional service.

    Cons

    Poorly managed, constant turnover, employees are poorly compensated for what they accomplish each day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you want to stop fearing the call center being shut down, treat your employees better.
