Current Employee - Operations - Supply Chain in Dallas, TX

I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Company Culture:
Company encourages creative involvement of every employee.
There is a constant push to improve processes - to make processes more efficient and not accept things as is
Great work/life balance (of course depends on the type of role you are in)
Flexibility in work schedule as far as ability to work from home
Great benefits for top performers - options, RSUs etc.

    Cons

    Base salary increases are nominal
Artificial diversity being created in management roles (does not appear to be based on talent)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not drive diversity for namesake. Let promotions be driven by talent.
