Good benefits and opportunities, but work can be monotonous/under-appreciated.

    Pros

Promotion from within, lateral and vertical opportunities, job-shadowing opportunities, frequent meetings with management, opportunities to join numerous workplace organizations, competitive benefits, and flexible hours. Most managers were also fantastic -- very familiar with your work and how they could help you.

    Cons

Work can be monotonous and severely unappreciated. Due to inefficiency, there was often time put in on the weekends, or overtime during the week. Most of this was optional, but sometimes it was forced. Senior leadership was also frequently changing, making for an unstable and inconsistent environment.

    Advice to Management

More one-on-one and skip-level meetings, especially when looking to upgrade computer systems, etc. There were so many inefficiencies and people getting away with work that was lazy due to there being a high turnover rate and promises being made to clients that were unrealistic. With this, it is easy to feel under-valued and to give up. Accountability really needs to be instilled.
