    Disorganized management, hatred/negativity, labor-intensive, less than a living-wage.

The only pro is set hours and the good few people on your specific team.

Nearly every Home Depot employee looks down upon you. Lots of racism to deal with. The position is much more labor intensive than your paycheck might show. No direction from management, the method is having to constantly assume and possibly be reprimanded later. All around a very soul-sucking environment and this is for the traveling team that visits different stores every two days. If your negative and egotistical, Home Depot is for you.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees guidance, any amount of guidance. And pay the MEA's for the work they do. It's disgruntling knowing that the guy in the apron that won't even help a customer on the floor makes more than you while you break your back for 8 hours a day.
