    I worked at The National Center for Telehealth and Technology as a contractor

    Pros

    The mission of the organization is noble. The idea is to use cutting edge technology to help our nation's service members and their families cope with psychological health issues. Work / life balance is good - no overtime required, and very flexible schedule options.

    Cons

    Where to begin? Total and complete lack of accountability. Zero trust. The wrong people in leadership positions. Bureaucracy galore. Extremely low morale, and extremely high turnover rate. At the end of the day, very little help provided to those the organization was intended to serve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Call it a day and turn it over to a qualified management team.
