I worked at Thomson Reuters as a contractor (more than a year)

The pros are work-life balance, the ability to be creative, ability to work from home (even contractors) and a great team environment.

The cons are some of the leadership has trouble leading. There are some people in higher level job positions (upper management) who flat out should not be there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the "all the upper management that have no employees to manage", the cost savings there alone is in the tens of millions annually.
