    Pros

Strong involved leadership, not just rhetoric actually want to bring about positive change for the employee and the customer. Good facilities and future opportunities. You get back what you put in - work hard, succeed.

    Cons

Steep learning curve, diverse offerings portfolio. Culture is difficult to navigate at first, very meeting centric organisation which can lead to time management issues for those less organised.

    Advice to Management

Focus on what you will be good at and drop the things we are not so good at. Be great at fewer offerings.
