    Pros

    High pace, dynamic and short go to market time.
    You can affect your own working tasks, and contribute to the overall strategy if you perform well.
    It's all about contributing to growth or cut in costs, great suggested initiatives to achieve these objectives will be implemented.

    Cons

    Only a performance-based view on employees - its all about budgets and sales goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Align overall strategic goals, strategy and budgets with second brands in order to avoid internal cannibalization and imitation. Keep the second brands different from each other in order to achieve higher level of growth on the long run.
