    I worked at TiVo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good bens, easy hours, and smart principals and architects. Fun employee events that include family members onsite. Lots of creative employee swag.

    Cons

    CEO is paid millions in cash and RSUs and surrounds self with yes people while the company stock price and revenue growth languish. Other senior execs don't leave because they're given a ton of RSUs to stay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Clarity of product roadmap, marketing leadership stability, and zero bonus payouts to executives if annual goals are missed.
