I worked at Toshiba as an intern (less than an year)

    Engineering and Manufacturing type atmosphere.

Less pay than other technology roles. Benefits are somewhat competitive. Poor management at the Houston office, lack of respect for persons. Engineer's ideas were not supported and they were over worked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to listen to your customers more, be more competitive with salaries, and foster a better culture that respects individuals and their ideas.
