I have been working at Twin City Fan Companies full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company is global and somewhat stable based on what I've seen so far....as long as you can put up with egotistical, tyrant, micro managers.

    Cons

Management poorly communicates its objectives and is very critical. They are down right mean and will make your life a living hell. Be careful about what they tell you during the interview process, because all that BS will go out the window once you sign up and they have leverage.

Management is a bunch of miserable folks who get a kick out of making other's life miserable. I've never knew such miserable folks existed until i signed up here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should communicate your expectations clearly right from the get go, so people know what they are getting themselves into. Berating people in front of their colleagues is not productive in anyway.
