    I worked at US Navy full-time (more than 3 years)


    Medical benefits. Exposure to new and different cultures. Making life long friendships with people you wouls otherwise not have ever met!


    Long times away from family and friends. Horrible living standards on ships. The higher u get ranked the harder it become to advance more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    With high rank comes high responsibilities l...get off your high horses and reconnect with the lower ranked people and maybe the morale wouldnt be so low.
