    I worked at USAA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great bonuses, high starting salary for a call center, good benefits, and the products (financial and insurance) offered are high quality, lengthy paid training, on-site daycare and fitness center.

    Cons

    Typical call center atmosphere (cubicles, quotas, micro-managing), breaks and lunches are scheduled out for you and aren't very flexible, management sometimes inaccessible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It would be wonderful if there was a way to trade breaks or lunches with others on your team when needed. There were times I needed to have a break at a certain time and was unable to schedule it accordingly, resulting in me getting reprimanded for taking a break too early or too late.
