    I have been working at Undertone full-time for more than 3 years


    The people and culture are the top reasons to work here. The work flow is steady, challenging and rewarding. If you put in the time to make your position a success, you are recognized by mgmt and your peers and rewarded accordingly. Put in the work and you will enjoy UT as a place to grow.


    As with any company, inter-dept. communication is always a struggle. It's not any different at UT. But you have to work around it, find innovative ways to fix the problem and move onward and upward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Mgmt is great...they recognize the individuals who help make the company a success. Continue on this path--it means a great deal to the departments that their hard work is noticed.
