    Pros

I am new employee with the UniFirst Corporation. I began about 4 months ago as a part of the sales team and coming from a history in sales, I can confidently say that UniFirst is a great company to work for. The Pittsburgh location is very team oriented - the management staff does a great job to find the right people for hire who get along with one another - so much so that we have all became friends and spend time together even outside of office hours. Salary, commission and benefits are all great.

    Cons

A lot of information to learn and understand before really succeeding but I've seen the results pay off for my team members and will just need to work hard to get there!

    Advice to Management

Learning the sales process throughout training is VERY helpful - my only advice would be that tactical processes that need to be learned to be successful in the field should be more integrated into the in-office training.
