    Pros

One of the few non-call center jobs in Tucson

    Cons

Be sure to negotiate your salary aggressively because that's all you're going to get. Management is detached from reality and the current job market. Very stingy with promotions and salary increases. You have to be buddies with people making salary decisions. Unrealistic workload and the fact that they run things "lean" is seen as an accomplishment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees better or you are going to lose all the good ones. Take a close look at the HR department, there is no rhyme or reason to how they are handling personnel advancement.
