    I worked at University of North Dakota

    Pros

    hours are nice and flexible, as well as being a a first year RA. The second year gets to be long and there is too much of a gap between you and the residents you watch.

    Cons

    the management and tasks are pathetic... seem childish and unnecessary for a lot of things
