I worked at Vail Resorts full-time for less than a year

Fantastic season of snow and great resorts to ride! I loved my department (Activities and Dining), and the lower-level management/direct supervisors were very friendly, respectful and accommodating but heard from others that management/conditions was not so great in theirs.

Not enough compensation. I'd love to stay on for a longer time but it's not a career option at what they pay the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take better care of your employees! People deserve to be paid more than $9-11 an hour and need more benefits than gear, especially working in an environment where accidents are prone to occur.
