Great employees, great managers, everyone in the company is willing to help you. There is opportunity to advance and management will lend a helping hand to help you go to the direction you want to go. Of course you must meet your quota and metrics every time in order to help you do so. Great phone discount, and you will learn from the people around you and the customers you encounter. Overall great pay for a sales position and there is always room to make more.
The company is trying to change it's vision from a Wireless Carrier to a company that sells everything or "solutions" for every customer however most customers are still used to Verizon being a cell phone store and do not look forward to purchasing higher end security cameras, bluetooth speakers, drones, etc. More advertisement is needed to help customers understand so that way when they visit Verizon Wireless, at least they have that expectation. It's similar to saying that Firestone now sells security cameras, subs, amps, body kits for your car when you really only visit them for a oil change, or regular car maintenance. Very demanding quota, and you are only rewarded day by day for the results you produce. However your employees are still amazing. Morale can drop if you are faced with tough customers who get told one thing from customer service and told another thing from a corporate store, and another from an authorized reseller.
