I worked at Verizon Wireless as a contractor (less than a year)

Some of the people I worked with were nice and very helpful.

Very rude and nasty customers at times. Terrible terrible scheduling that doesn't allow for much of a personal life and they really aren't flexible when it comes to changing it. I could sometimes go my whole 8 hour shift without being allowed to take a lunch break until an hour before I had to leave. The management at my location was terrible also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The general manager here has a bad attitude and likes to take micro-managing to the extreme and invade personal space. All the men who worked there says he has a thing against women and refuses to hire them. I must have been "lucky" because I was just there on a contract assignment.
