good temporary stepping-stone for something better but never a place to stay. this company is best serving the professional sector as a bad-example.
Upper-management is the epitome of "yes-men", no exaggeration. management only serves its own self-interests and will easily throw employees under the bus with no hesitation. high-turnover rate depicts a culture where employees are expendable and easily replaced by the next person (i.e. technical positions are filled with NO technical interviews).
Good news is, if you're looking for a temp job to cover bills this place is great; they'll hire anyone, just know they'll fire you first chance someone else inquires for the same position
Advice to Management
Take a closer look at IT management and its reactive culture. Ask yourself why is your VM environment over-subscribed and network infrastructure flaky?
You have a high turnover-rate for a reason, and regardless of what management tells you, instead of believing it's due to under-performing workers, take time to investigate things yourself and it'll be obvious that you have of a bigger problem.
