    Pros

    Great co workers that are willing to help;
    Supervisors are supportive & advocate for their subordinates to management;
    Systems rarely, if ever, go down.

    Cons

    Arbitrary price gouging of customers;
    Changed job description and compensation for the worse in pursuit of the almighty $$;
    For such a large company, the benefits should be much better.

    Advice to Management

    Stop chasing ridiculous profit margins, stop the arbitrary price gouging of one customer, but not the next; and focus on integrity, consistency, and work towards a culture where when someone 'wins' it does not mean another must 'lose'.
