    Pros

Very stable - it's not uncommon to see people walking down the hall with 10, 15, or even 20+ years of experience. The benefits such as 401k matching and paid time off (especially for those "lifers") is competitive.

Very diverse working environment and inclusive.

    Cons

After a big growth spurt, the company is trying to simplify- that's a plus once it can be done - however, it means that right now it is bulky, full of confusing and slow process. Things move slow here, and those looking to make significant progress will be frustrated.

While pay for performance is their mantra, in my experience I've hardly found that to be the case. In many instances I've see where they aren't ready to pay people what their worth till they have another offer and are already out the door.

    Advice to Management

Make the working environment fun! All that diversity makes it really hard for the various age groups and backgrounds of people to connect. Very few people here have a best friend at work - it's isolating, and management doesn't realize or value that it is an issue, let alone doing something about it.
