As a member of the store management team in medium to large-sized store locations, this job is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the branch through quality leadership, customer service, risk management and sales. Assists the store manager in establishing sales and service goals. Creates, trains and coaches a successful sales, service and referral team. Is responsible for directing staff to maximize resources and achieve service and sales goals. This includes training and problem resolution. Responsible for ensuring compliance with audit and operational regulations and guidelines. Actively sells and services new and existing customers as needed. Assumes the duties of the Store Manager in his/her absence. This position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
