The corporate culture is focused on the customer. Good benefits on site (free parking, lunch in Menomonee Falls WI)

Managers are inexperienced and sometimes incompetent. They hire people to lead a team. They may not be familiar with policies, procedures or the simplest tasks their teams perform on a daily basis. They believe they can use the latest greatest managerial mumbo jumbo to get by. That only leads to a lack of respect and trust from those doing the work. Managers take opportunities from their teams and horde it for their own personal advantage.

    Advice to Management

Learn what your team is actually doing. Get in the trenches when necessary.
