    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Awesome Training program for sales individuals. Looking back - the systems that Wells Fargo uses are by far the most advanced and user friendly than any other institutions I have worked with since then.

    Cons

Sales pressure is intense. If you can meet your numbers, great - if not start looking out before you are "coached out".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The culture is more about product pushing and not necessarily one that promotes doing the right thing for the customer. Pushing products creates a transactional like business - that in turn hurts retention. Sales goals are ridiculously high and that encourages and sometimes even applauds people who game the system - while people with a conscience are left facing the heat. Ethics training should be a MUST for all Management personnel - and there should be repercussions if these are not followed.
