I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and move up in the organization. Supportive environment and strong culture. Culture recognizes that team members are key to the business. Good benefits.

    Cons

Many people work long hours. Large organization so it can be difficult to know people across the company.New government regulations make it cumbersome to get the work done. Frequently dealing with internal and external auditors.
