    Pros

    -Great opportunity to work with and/or see rare and exotic animals in an urban setting
    -Discounts: Food cafes + souvenir shops
    -Free parking + courtesy passes
    -Flexible schedule

    Cons

    -Lack of communication
    -No meetings to discuss department changes, new staff or animals, etc
    -inexperienced management
