I worked at Wireless Generation, Inc. full-time for less than a year

Office location was in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn.

Superficial tactics and Managerial styles masking as Substance. I had a woman who was hired after me who was racist, intimidating and unprofessional. Our immediate supervisor seemed to "bury her head in the sand". She (immediate supervisor) manipulated the situation to defer accountability. Lots of collaboration and professional jargon with very little implementation regarding site-based supports.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less "corporate climbing" and more time "practicing what is preached" Leadership is inexperienced and out of touch with the employees.
