Great mission, great coworkers, fabulous benefits. And I happen to really like the CEO, who is Michael Kieschnick - solid guy.

This used to be a great place basically run by hippies - by that I mean people with solid, down-to-earth values. But in the past year or so, they've hired some people I hesitate to even call human beings. Smarmy, smirking, non-quirky managers who only like people who suck up to them and who are like them. Also, people are made managers who have no management experience. It makes it tough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of these managers who defy the mission, who aren't even decent human beings. They are making the place just like every other corporation - lousy.
