    I have been working at Xerox full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Easy hiring, opportunities for advancement. Call center is expanding rapidly. 5 weeks of classroom training and two weeks transitioning to production with extra help. Most supervisor's I know got promoted within 6 months.

    Cons

    Very cubicle-another-cog-in-the-machine type of job.
