    I worked at Xerox full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Xerox is diversifying their "go-to-market" strategy and adapting it to a more "services-related company", versus being recognized as a copier company. As a result, there are more service related fields that are now offered to the prospective employee.

    Cons

    This is not a 9-5 company. If you are genuinely interested in corporate advancement, you must invest the additional time to be successful.

    Upper level management needs to recognize and promote those "revenue-producing employees.
