I have been working at Xerox full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

it is a paycheck.... some weeks...

    Cons

Too many to list. Xerox has lost sight of two very important pieces of basic business success (client satisfaction and employee engagement). It is all about making the numbers each quarter to generate bonuses for the execs, while people lose their jobs that are actually doing the work to meet client deliverables.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Stop firing and furloughing the people that are getting the work done. Look at the upper four levels of exec mgmt. Stop moving those chairs around on this sinking ship. Some of them need to be thrown overboard. There needs to be change at the top and someone needs to manage this company instead of letting Wall Street lead it. The Blodgetts and their followers all need to go.
