    I have been working at Xerox full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The people I work with are great. Everyone I work with is helpful and committed to do a good job. We are offered a lot of flexibility in terms of our work environment. Work / life balance is great.

    Cons

    The company is undergoing a transformation and things can be a bit unstable at times. There is a lot of fear over whether you are going to lose your job. Have not had a raise since I have been here and actually took two pay cuts.
