I worked at Yahoo full-time (less than an year)

4 days a week, 1.2 times the base package because you work nightly , given you love to work at nights, every weekend is a long weekend

triage, call center, trivial work, mostly young dudes are overqualified from prestigious universities, very strict about timing, even late minutes are counted, you are learning nothing unless you do something on your own if you have interest in networks, manager is more of a supervisor, because you can't really do anything as its all triage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

strict time policies, people can grow upto become Network Engineers, have to wait for atleast 18-24months before employee can think to move anywhere else in a very big company, managers are all about fake numbers, its purely a support profile, no programming etc or other computer science things

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
