    Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at Zones full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    nice people, decent work environment

    Cons

nothing new can get done, too many people have been there multiple years and resist changes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

hire better and pay more for actual sales professionals, leaders say a lot but can seem to accomplish anything despite themselves
