I worked at eInstruction as a contractor (more than 5 years)

When the Wards ran the business, it was like a big family. People weren't micromanaged and they enthusiastically did their jobs because they wanted to be successful. The independent sales force was true genius.

When eInstruction merged with InterWrite, the Wards were unceremoniously booted from their own company and a new regime took over. That was the beginning of the end. Nearly every decision they made made no sense whatsoever. It was like living in Bizarro Opposite World.
