I have been working at hhgregg full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great co-workers, I liked being there just because of them.
Management can be very relaxed at times and some are prone to making jokes or pulling pranks.

    Cons

Don't expect much from anything about this company, management and corporate don't care about you they want their bonuses and that's it.
Commissioned based sales seems like a good way to make extra money, but during slow times company has a 'draw' system that has cause people to lose a lot of money and quit.
Management I've encountered can be split into three groups 'How are you a manager?!?' (60%), 'You make politicians look decent.' (30%), and 'I wish more managers where like you!' (10%).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making it harder and harder for your commissioned sales team to actually make some money, they work 12hr shifts 5-6 days a week. There needs to be a complete change in the sales structure to allow for less beaten, angry sales and more driven, friendly teams that know they won't
