My experience here at 24 was amazing, I loved seeing people satisfied and motivated about their health.

Service Lead (Former Employee) Greenacres, FL

ProsHere at 24, you get a chance to see and help people accomplish the health goals as well as set some for yourself. You have a team that works together to ensure a clean, friendly and well-maintained gym.

ConsSome of the challenges can be the hours of working. If someone doesn't show for their shift you maybe called in for that shift which could be overnight.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy only advice would be to make sure the kids club attendants are more involved with the successes of the gym and well as the company.

Team players taught me how to be a self starter.

MEMBERSHIP COUNSELOR (Former Employee) Sacramento, CA

ProsExceptional care in teaching myself how to demonstrate the same attention to detail and care for new members who entered the GYM looking to better themselves.

ConsOne time they had some cake and I didn't get any, but I didn't get upset....

Advice to Senior ManagementShould have kept Management which oversaw my success while there. When re-applying new Club Manager did not notice my interest in returning. I only left because hours were not enough for myself to continue ongoing bills at the time of my departure.

Kids Club Attendant (Former Employee) Foothill Ranch, CA

ProsThe people you work with are supportive, motivated, and friendly. You also get a free membership as an employee with a discount on store items.

ConsThe work schedule at my location would constantly change throughout the week and I would not hear about it. I had to check the printed copy every day to make sure I knew when I was working.

    Service Representative

    Service Representative (Current Employee)

ProsAmazing work environment with co-workers that are like family. Not too hard of a job if you're going through school and it is a fun job as well. You basically just have to be friendly and talk with all the members, along with some other small tasks.

    ConsPay is not the best

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you are doing
